David Branin

David Branin grew up near Hartford, Connecticut. Raised by a single deaf mother, he picked up her skill of observing and reading people. It wasn’t until his college career was almost over when the dream of making a major motion picture burst into his head. David and three of his closest friends wrote an original screenplay together and moved to Los Angeles in 2000 to pursue their own Hollywood ending. His pursuit of that dream continues to this day. Writer and director to more than 20 short films. His work has been seen by millions online. His last two short films have garnered the most acclaim, “Shoot-Out”(2005) and “Honey, I’m Home” (2007) have combined to screen in over 40 international film festivals and picking up awards along the way. He has written three yet to be produced feature length screenplays. This project will be David’s feature film debut. He is to marry his beautiful and wonderful Fiance Karen this summer. He thanks her for her tireless love, encouragement and support. She makes it all possible.
